USING SPROUT
How do I search on Sprout?
Sprout actually does not have any search features at all. To start out, the program gives you a random page, and you choose whether you like or dislike the page. Very quickly, Sprout will start to hone in on your preferences and will show you news and blog articles you like. It will then give you more interesting pages based on that information. Sprout shows you articles and blogs that you’ll enjoy quickly and easily, without searching at all. And, best of all, Sprout will show you surprising content, interesting news and blog articles you won’t have thought to search for on your own.

Sometimes, Sprout will pull up a page that doesn’t work. Just click on either the sad leaf or the happy leaf and a new article will replace it. We’re working on minimizing this problem and hope to provide problem-free content in the near future.
I’ve clicked on an embedded link or ad on the page Sprout was showing me and now I don’t know how to proceed.
Sprout will allow you to follow links that you click on while using Sprout, but it continues to focus on the original article or blog entry that it showed you for its learning. So, when you are finished exploring, think back to the article Sprout showed you originally and click on the happy or sad leaf, depending on whether you liked that article or not. If you can’t remember, just click one of the buttons and Sprout will bring up a new article for you to enjoy.
I have some concerns about my privacy when using Sprout.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information about you is confidential and kept in strict protection. This includes your email, your password, your address, your IP information and anything else that would allow unauthorized individuals or organizations to know details about you. How do I sign up for the free Beta of Sprout?
Click the ‘Join the Beta Test’ button or go directly to http://www.yoursprout.com/sign-up and fill out the Sign Up Form. Follow the instructions from there.
I’ve lost my email with the download link for Sprout. What should I do?
Go to http://www.yoursprout.com/contact and send us a message. We’ll email you the download link again.

What is the Refund/Cancellation Policy for Sprout?
Sprout is a free service for you to enjoy. If you no longer want to use Sprout, simply uninstall it from your computer. And, in the future, if you want to use Sprout again, you can download it again from http://www.yoursprout.com/download-pc or http://www.yoursprout.com/download-mac, depending on your operating system, and your profile will already be ready to go for you.
